How do I cancel my subscription? On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cyranox → Cancel Subscription. You can also open it from the app: Settings → Manage my subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged again.

I changed phones or reinstalled the app. Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore my purchases".

The app says I've reached my limit. Usage is capped per day to keep the service fair for everyone. Try again a bit later.

My screenshot isn't read correctly. Crop it to the conversation and make sure the text is readable. You can also rebuild the conversation by hand, message by message.

How do I stop sending my conversations to the AI? In the app: Settings → Artificial intelligence → turn off "Sending to AI allowed". You'll be asked again before the next request.

How do I delete my data? Everything is stored on your phone: deleting the app erases your history and settings.
