Purpose. These terms govern the use of the Cyranox app, published by Mandalore LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming (USA), contact: app@mandalore-group.com. By using the app, you accept these terms.

Description of the service. Cyranox provides AI-generated reply suggestions and analyses of dating conversations, as well as a library of opening lines. Generated content is only a suggestion: you alone are responsible for the messages you actually send and the decisions you make based on them.

Minimum age. Cyranox is reserved for adults, or people of legal age to use dating-related services in their jurisdiction. The age range you give in the questionnaire is self-declared and not verified: by using the app, you declare that you meet the age requirement.

Self-declared questionnaire. The questionnaire shown on first launch only serves to personalize the tone of the suggestions. The partners question includes a "Classified" answer so you can disclose nothing. Answers are self-declared, not verified, and never used for advertising profiling or for any automated decision producing legal effects concerning you. You can erase them at any time by uninstalling the app.

Sensitive data. Some questions touch on your private life, including your sex life. You are free to disclose nothing. If you choose to answer, you consent to these answers being stored locally on your device to personalize the app. Your age range and number of partners are never sent to the publisher or any third party, including OpenAI.

Acceptable use. You agree not to use Cyranox to produce or share content that is illegal, harassing, explicit, degrading, or intended to deceive, impersonate or harm others. Server-side safeguards limit inappropriate generated content, but the publisher cannot guarantee perfect filtering or control how you use the suggestions.

Subscription. Access to the app requires an auto-renewable subscription (yearly or monthly), each starting with a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at the end of the trial. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the app unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.

Intellectual property. The Cyranox name, logo, mascot and design belong to Mandalore LLC and may not be reused without permission. The text suggestions generated for you may be used freely as part of your personal use of the app.

No warranty. Cyranox is provided "as is". The publisher guarantees no particular outcome (reply, match, date) and is not responsible for conversations, meetings or consequences resulting from the use of the suggestions, nor for the behavior of the people you interact with outside the app.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including temporary unavailability of the AI service.

Suspension. The publisher may suspend access to the service in case of use contrary to these terms.

Changes to these terms. These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows the version in force. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), where the publisher is registered, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you enjoy as a consumer in your country of residence — in particular, within the European Union, the protections your local law grants you and which cannot be waived by contract.
